I HAVE BOUGHT A PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

After buying a product, the sales team will be notified of your order through a webhook and will work through the list of orders accordingly.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

The sales team aims to complete all orders placed before 8PM on the same day. Orders placed after 8PM may be completed the following day at the latest.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PRODUCT I BOUGHT?

If you have paid but have not received your product after waiting two days, navigate to the Contact tab and send an email. The team will respond swiftly to resolve the issue.
